two year old and repeat problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this with the set of Samsung kitchen items. The LC code has continued to go off repeatedly. I've uninstalled the dishwasher and wiped up the 'less than a teaspoon' of water from the plastic plate under the dishwasher multiple times. It continues to show the LC code. I've never seen a leak or any indications of a problem part. I called Samsung directly for customer support. They advised several customers have called in for the same problem. I'm not buying this brand of dishwasher again. It would cost less to buy a new dishwasher than have a guy come out and repair it. My last dishwasher was around 10 years old according to the manufacture serial number. This is ridiculous.

Don’t fall for the okie doke. The dishwasher swishes around recycled water and doesn’t get the dishes clean! We had Samsung send three companies come out to repair or give us a refund or replacement and they would not do anything. Customer service policy is horrible. You need two repairs to get a replacement.. what if the product doesn’t clean? Samsung makes good phones and that’s about it! If you want to buy an appliance, go with a tried and true. I took the loss and bought a kitchen aid. The best decision I ever made.

The warranty is only 12 months. Not worth the cost. It washed dishes fine but didn’t dry them well enough. But for the cost before needing is CB an expensive repair I would not recommend this.

Poor excuse for a dishwasher

Are dishes would come out dirtier than when they went in and left black stains. We switched detergents, no luck. Had techs come out 4 times all saying nothing was wrong and it was basically a design issue and that they make poor products. Had to fight with Samsung for 4 months before they would do a exchange so I could buy a quality dishwasher. Also the whole time our dishwashers keeps on getting louder and louder. My car engine is quieter than this dishwasher. Please look elsewhere when considering a Samsung product. I will buy all my products from a different company from now on

I've had 3 service call for repairs of various pump issues. If you do happen to buy it, take out the very top rack. If you thought your dishes don't get cleaned, wait until you see how poorly the top rack silverware/utensils get clean. We've tried the good, better & best of detergents - liquid, powder & pods, boosters, it didn't/doesn't matter. Lastly (per Samsung repair person) "they are all junk"!

DONT BUY THIS DISHWASHER
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would not recomend this to anyone My kids bought it for me as asuprise in January of 21 In April of 22 it quit disolving the soap leaving it on the door dried. it was replaced and TOTALLY NOT IMPRESSED I kept thinking maybe it was the way we were loading it but if you dont was your dished BEFORE load them the come out with dried on food that you have to soak and scour off. my old dishwasher was better and it had broken racks

The dishwasher went bad in the 10/2019 it was replaced with this model this unit went bad with a OC code in October 2021. I had 6 repaired visit they could not fix the unit. The Samsung repair men will tell you all kind of crap. One guy told the waste hose was too long the only problem is that it was the standard 6 foot hose. Thank God I had an extended warranty.I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. Buy another brand please.

There is always residue on glasses and other items, even if it's not a super dirty load. I have to inspect everything I take out after a wash because I usually have to hand-wash or re-wash multiple items. STAY AWAY! I had a tech come out and nothing was wrong with the unit.

It could not get sediment out of a salad dressing carafe they, prior to putting in dishwasher, was filled with water and soap and shaken. Cleaning is only reasonable using every possible options. everything must be hand washed first. I hate this machine.

Samsung has sent out a repairman 4 times and no one can fix it. Customer service is no help! So, we can't tell you if the dishwasher is quiet, cleans well, or anything. All we know is that it is a piece of crap and their service has done nothing to help. As of today, they said they will send out a repairman for the 5th time! PS - It's the same repairman every time and he knows when he leaves it's not working! Do not buy from Samsung!!!

Now found out tub seal is failing causing the leak sensor issue. Customer service basically says we can't help and no one wants to work on samsung appliances.

Called Samsung, could not get it to turn off. Was told someone would call me 24-48 hours . No one could tell me how to turn off machine! The have sent repair man out 6 different times . Each time I am given a 6 hour wait time. Still not fixed! Repair man has said last 2 times he can’t fix it. But Samsung giving me run around. Never will buy Samsung again!! Next time I will get Best Buy warranty so it gets taking care of.

Has leaks as soon as warranty is up

Our warranty just went out, this dishwasher isnt even two years old and it has a small leak thatll cost me just under $300 to fix, at that point i should just buy a new one. Take it from me and buy a different dishwasher.
