    Bought it yesterday, Error code today

    I bought the dishwasher yesterday, ran it for the first time today with resulting error code flashing. Not a good experience.

    Bad company, worse product

    I have had two of these dishwashers, I had to warranty one out. My second one broke in the same fashion. These are cheap products that do not stand up to normal use and will cause problems. Samsung’s warranty department spent multiple hours of multiple months of my time delaying and stringing me along only to choose not honor their lifetime warranty for tub leakage. Do not buy any product from Samsung.

    Failed on 2nd wash load

    Just had it installed yesterday. It ran a load great last night, no problem. Ran another load today and halfway through the cycle it stopped and threw an LC code. Leakage Check. No leaks found. Googled info on the Samsung Dishwashers and it's a common problem and complaint with these washers.

    Do not waste your money

    About a year after purchase the seal around the door fell apart and the metal that is supposed to hold it in place came loose obstructing the drawers from sliding in and out. Then an Error code came on it completely stopped working.

    DO NOT BUY

    Did not last 2 years before overflow sensor/control board failed. Out of warranty and cost to fix is more than a new dishwasher. Waste of money. Left dishes smelling strange and has a poor design - many plates do not fit the grooves in the bottom. Terrible product.

    Stay far far away!

    These guys need to stick to TVs. I will NEVER buy a Samsung kitchen appliance again. the waterwall broke after one year, and the top shelf rack broke off after three. Save your money, you've been warned.
