Bith products have been what we expected. This ine does a good job of drying and the auto feature seems to actually work.

I’m a loyal Samsung owner; washer /dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, 8 tv’s etc. Our last dishwasher had a plastic tub and leake a small amount of water. I had an extended warranty from lowes but decided to just buy a replacement with a stainless steel tub with the geeks squad warranty. Best Buy had the fastest delivery and installation date over the competition and won the business.

Does a good job drying plastic bowls after washing. One complaint - the kickplate bowed out a bit and interfered with the door when fully open. Best buy sent a repairman who effectively fixed this design flaw, not exactly sure how.

The stainless steel interior is excellent, and it is really super-quiet. Sometimes i have to walk over and check that it is running. Also, the top (3rd) level for utensils is new to me and excellent.

Easy to navigate and verry quiet. We would always check to see if it was actually running. :) I just find 2.5 hours of dishwashing too long, but this goes to all dishwashers I think so not a big deal. Overall, highly recommended.
