DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER!! First off it doesn't have a heating element in it so it must be hooked up to hot water. No big deal, ran a hot water line to it and carried on thinking that must be why my dishes weren't coming out clean. Put a dish on the bottom that had been rinsed well but had previously had some beef au jus (a little greasy) in it, nope, not clean and still a greasy film. And I ran the dishes in heavy, storm was with sanitize. But by now the 2 week window is up and Best Buy won't do anything. We contact Samsung and can only get an online chat that keeps telling us to clean the machine. So frustrated!!!!!

I used it for the first time last night and had it on Auto 2:50 wash time. The load wasn’t that heavy or full. I had to rewatch a few things. One glass looked like it didn’t get washed at all. There was still peanut butter on the knives. I am not impressed. It is quiet though!

This dishwasher is awesome! Cleans everything the 1st time. I love the Stormwash feature! Samsung’s got a winner!

Samsung dish washer its very good quality, washed dishes very clean in 60 min cycle. Much quite then my old dish washer. Im very impressed by .

Door lock is provided for children & the ability the turn off the door opening. Sound is not quiet enough to watch TV in the room next to the kitchen. Sounds like a distant vacuum. If I lived alone I would raise the TV volume but teens are laptops 60 minute cycle cleans our dishes plant detergent 18 minute pre wash option if you don’t wash dishes everyday but food left on dishes really just doesn’t come off - any machine we’ve used- human hand works best - we never put pots & pans in dishwashers 36 minute sanitize option heats to 165 degrees 3rd top rack is used for our silverware we removed the racks in the bottom area to create more room for dishes Cons Sanitizer heat makes the blower air smell like burnt plastic Bottom metal flap needs to have a middle attachment & a better design Thicker dinner plates do not fit well Overall getting used to the design.
