Great dishwasher, cleans well, runs quietly, and looks great.

If I could have this at negative stars I would. While the dishwasher does a good job of cleaning, it always is breaking after only a year of ownership. Total tech came out to replace all the electronics and the dishwasher completely broke (not functional) within a week of their repair. We called and asked for expedited service (and we pay the ~$200/year Total tech fee), and were told we have to wait 8 days for a new tech to come out...so we will be doing dishes over the biggest cooking holiday of the year. So the dishwasher is not of high quality, and as things stand today, Best Buy doesn't seem too concerned to fix it, even though we pay for that service. We furnished our entire house a year ago with new Best Buy/Samsung appliances. Will have to consider going elsewhere based on this experience.

Have been using this for a year and just love it. Very less noise and I love the dry feature where the door open up automatically. This optimizes the energy and makes it more sustainability friendly. I also like the second rack feature of moving it up and down as you need.

Best buy had the best price out of anyone on this dishwasher. I checked lowes, home depot, conns, all where 200-400 more than best buy. The dishwasher is perfect, it honestly shocked me at how quite this one is considering how loud the old one was in the house. Ive done multiple loads in it and they have all went smooth, not a single dirty dish!

This dishwasher is so silent that you often will ask your self is it working or no. It clean well with cascade pods and without other reccomend products You can choose cycles that works the best for you and delay start. Self opening at the finish is also good. You know when its done. Running cycle is from 60 min to 3 and a half hours Still can't decide what is the best fridge, stove or dishwasher we bought but for sure samsung is way to go

Very quiet, Very clean, shiny glassas & dry well.

There is little noise and it is cleaned clean. It was great to keep the delivery time exactly.

This dishwasher replaced a very loud one. The old one was noisy the entire time it was washing, but the only time you this samsung is when the water drains.

What I don't like the third rack it is not deep enough in the middle the door is not heavy duty cleans good what I like when the cycle is over the door opens by itself for venting the steam looks fancy in the kitchen.

Absolutely love this dishwasher. It replaced the one that came with my 17 year old house. We’ve been here 11 years and used the old one twice. It leaked so we stopped using it. Since I replaced the refrigerator and over the oven microwave, I decided to replace the dishwasher. Our stove was replaced a few years ago. This dishwasher opens when the cycle is complete. It has a separate area for utensils. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Love this dishwasher. Very quiet…can’t tell it’s on sometimes. Dishes come out very clean even when only lightly rinsed. I use upper 3rd rack for large utensils and spatulas and works well. I do suggest using a rinse agent or you will get spots.
