I really like the 3rd rack ( its ideal for serving spoons and knifes). Remember to remove the protective film over the power buttons and it will work well.

Overall the unit is extremely quiet and does a good job washing dishes. Item on the top level do retain water if laid flat. Also, items with long handles such as spatulas and spoons must be washed in top rack as they do not fit into the utensil baskets.
