The addition of the 3rd rack is cool, BUT you end up with shorter bottom and top racks. It's worth checking that your large pan or pot will fit beneath the spinning water spouts or that your large glass wont deprive the 3rd rack of washing. Not the worst, but that space has to come from somewhere and it impacts more than you might think.

Great dishwasher with 3 racks and multiple settings. Average cycle time from start to dried is about 2:30 minutes with a full load. Its quiet enough we don't hear it from the living room. Install was very simple.

we started with Samsung washer and dryer...moved to the dishwasher. works well so far

color is great, cleans good, you need jet dry liquid for your stuff to be spotless and dry well, silver picks up finger prints quickly.. i like being able to put the middle shelf up or down in case you have something tall, you just have to make sure it pushes in evenly or the door wont close, you gotta push down slightly on the rack ..the top rack for for coffee covers or what not is a great thing.. overall I like it, plus it opens up on its own when it drys

Got this dish washer from the best buy outlet, works great, love the three racks in it. Does a great job cleaning dishes, pots pans etc. One hour wash is our go too and seldom have any issues

We clean this unit frequently knowing our water is harder, but to be honest, it has never performed well. Everything needs to be prewashed or else it will leave a film. I've had older units work much more efficiently. On top of it, we noticed the racks rusting as of the first month of use. Today my wife was emptying it and yet another piece rusted off causing her to skewer her hand. Looking into the warranty for the racks now and luckily our tetanus shots are up to date. ☉ ‿ ⚆

Washes dishes well, runs VERY quiet. Body metal is very thin, be careful if installing yourself.

Works well. A little bit of a learning curve for the older house hold members but a great washer overall.

Having the controls out of sight from grandbabies makes it easier to keep themnfrom wanting to play with the controls. The 3rd rack is such an awesome add to this. It gives me that extra room for the larger utensils.

Does not dry the dishes completely. Otherwise, a great dishwasher. Very quiet.

We've had this dishwasher since May and, overall, it is pretty good. We love how quiet it is. However, the jets or washing mechanism is not very powerful. It just doesn't remove stuck-on food very well. I have to scrub dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. Maybe I'm using the wrong setting or detergent but we've tried many settings and detergents.

The Samsung - StormWash™ Top Control Built-In Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Tub, 3rd Rack, 48 dBA - Black stainless steel is a great unit hands down. I replaced a 20 year old GE Performance Plus unit and the difference in the level of noise and the cleaning power is phenomenal.

Free delivery and set up is a joke. They delivered my dishwasher made a bunch of excuses why they couldn’t install it. Told me to get a plumber and have him install it. Dumped the new one off in my garage and left. Cost me 200 dollars to hire plumber to install it. Now I have old one setting in garage. They were supposed to take it. Will not be trusting them anymore for appliances. Love dishwasher but not service. Joyce Tribe

It’s a dishwasher and does it job. It was on sale and cheaper then the one without 3rd rack. I love the hidden button.

Good dishwasher. Quiet. Top extra shelf is handy.

The dishwasher itself is very nice and cleans the dishes very well, but the bottom rack is set up horribly. Stacking dishes is very difficult and it is impossible to put anything that is longer/wider than a standard plate in it because the prongs go opposite directions. For this fact, I actually kind of hate this dishwasher

This dishwasher is better than my previous hi end one. The dishes and glasses were completely shining! Love the fact that it opens by itself after drying process. I highly recommend the Samsung Storm Wash dishwasher.
