So far, so good. Very quiet. I've had some utensils not get clean in the very top rack, but I think it was how things were loaded. Since I changed my loading pattern, no problems. FYI.... Love the auto door release at the end of the cycle!

Love all the space and ease of loading. Don't love the length of the cycle, seems to be extremely long.

This has been a great dishwasher. Much quieter than the Frigidaire gallery series I had that was replaced

Easy to use and very quiet. Only wish that water from coffee cups would evaporate fully but understand there is too much water accumulated to avoid having to wipe it with a dishcloth to avoid it spilling onto the dishes below.

This dishwasher was an upgrade and we love it! The 3rd shelf was a game changer for our family.

This Samsung dishwasher is working just fine. It's interesting how it opens the door itself when the cycle is done. Dishes come out clean. The stainless interior looks good too.

I wanted to love this dishwasher. I do not. I was excited to get it. It arrived on time and was easy for my husband to install. As soon as I went to use it I regretted choosing the third rack design. It just takes too much space away from the bottom rack, in my opinion. Sure, it’s nice to have a tray for spatulas, etc.. but not at the expense of so much space taken from the bottom rack. It can’t fit a cookie sheet or a pan without laying them down, taking up way too much room. Willing to live with that, I proceeded to run my first load. Awful! Did not do a good job of cleaning dishes at all. I was so disappointed and told my husband we are returning it! He thought that maybe enough hot water wasn’t getting to the machine during clean cycle, so he replaced the hose tubing.. at the same time my sister recommended Cascade Platinum. I had always had great luck with regular cascade with my old washer, but she insisted I try the platinum. Well i don’t know if it was my husbands adjustments or the dishwasher tab change but now my dishes come clean so I like the machine better. Still not a fan of the design, but I can live with it.

My wife loves it. Dishwasher was easy to install. It did a great job cleaning our dishes.

The machine looks and works great. Very quiet. I love that it opens after it’s done. Very pleased with this purchase and Beat buy service! Installation experience was fantastic!

Tbh, it's not that great. We use all the good liquids it suggest to use, and I pre rinse everything (even though it says we don't need to) and 50/50 it'll clean everything great or it leaves residue/film on dishes. The auto release dry sucks. I would say at least 75% of the time we still have to hand dry everything that comes out after the cycle is done. Next purchase is definitely going to have heated drying. If you don't buy it on sale, I wouldn't bother looking into this model at all. One thing I will say though, is definitely quiet, I can appreciate that.

I like Samsung appliances. My dishwasher arrived with a dent in it but Best Buy customer service was great. I love the functionality of it and it is quiet and cleans well compared to Bosch that is more money with similar features.

We really like having the third shelf. The power jet on the bottom works really well on stuck on food.

Washes dishes well but it sits low to the ground other than that we it performs very well!

Great condition for open box. Runs super quiet. Door does open during drying cycle. Great appliance addition

Love to top shelf for kids and little medicine cups or spatulas! Cleans well and love that the door pops open. 5 stars!

It was not as quite as I had hoped but it is easy to use and cleans my dishes well.

We are really enjoying this dishwasher. Dishes come out sparkling clean even on the 60 minute cycle. It does not show water spotting or fingerprints which is huge plus.

Didnt realize this wasn’t a smart thing dishwasher but goes along with the rest of my Samsung appliances! It’s louder than I expected! It doesn't get the dishes all the way dry but what dishwasher does… I have had no problems with it!
