Cleans great the auto open door feature is a nice add on.

This dishwasher runs very smoothly as well as quietly. It has many features in terms of wash cycles and aesthetically, it looks beautiful! I especially enjoy the end cycle where the door pops open!

I wanted to find a Samsung dishwasher to go along with the other appliances I had bought when I found this one. Good price and had the 3rd rack. Really nice.

The door is making noise when I close it . The 3rd rack doesn’t open completely. Because we installed it late (after weeks Was purchased ) I couldn’t return it. No I have to live with it. To much money for the defects . So far washing is good .

I purchased this model because it has an actual garbage disposal and doesn't have that nasty basket that has to be cleaned. It does a good job of drying everything. But, it is the worst dishwasher that I have owned over the years. Small particles like broccoli bits, ground flax seed end up pasted to the dishware. I have white plates and if I don't clean them before I put them into the dishwasher they sometimes stain, even with foods you wouldn't think could stain. I leave those plates in the dishwasher and after about 5 or 6 cycles they are ok. But, are you kidding me? I don't use off brand bargain detergent. Don't buy this.

(1) Do not BUY Samsung dishwashers with this soft, plastic touch panel. Mine came with small imperfections “chipped.” The plastic is very soft and prone to damage. I would have thought Samsung designed a more durable touch panel, but I fear that this panel will not last and degrade over time. The touch panel should have been designed with mechanical buttons or at least use a more durable plastic panel. This touch panel should not have passed QC. (2) Samsung customer support is a wash. The common sense approach for a touch panel coming cosmetically defective out-of-the-box would be to send repair and replace the part. Because this was installed “sometime” after delivery and it was discovered after installation, they will not help. They would like me to return the whole unit back, which is absurd on time/cost. (3) I will be looking at other companies that make more robust appliances. Samsung looks “fancy” but they are not designed to last.

Love that the look and it's quite but this is the second one I've had and it's being replaced for a third time. Not too confident with reliability.

This is AH-mazing! We did not realize how old our previous one was until now. This is smaller than older models but everything gets cleaned. Still figuring it out but so far so good.

This is my first and last Samsung dishwasher. Forget putting even the slightest bit dirty dishes in this thing. Everything needs to be thoroughly pre-washed to get them clean, or food will still be stuck all over everything. The Stormwash feature works ok, but it only covers a very small area in the lower rack. The 3rd rack is essentially useless because no water actually hits it (it doesn't have a dedicated spray). To get the dishes reasonably clean, I have to run every cycle as a Heavy wash. Oh, and to rub a little salt in the wound, this thing is loud! I had a Maytag before this and it worked exponentially better than this appliance, even on the Quick cycle. I won't be buying a Samsung again.

We were in desperate need of a new dishwasher. Not only does the product work great, but kudos to Best Buy for quick, smooth and on-time installation.

Had the dishwasher a little over a month and it does a great job of cleaning even really dirty dishes. It has 3 levels of wash and many different settings of wash possibilities. It is so quiet that I can't hear it running. Something really cool is the door opens automatically a little bit when finished washing to help with the dishes drying faster.

The set up is odd, they say its a standard size but it seems small. Dishes always end up wet.andcthe cycle is long.

I've had this dishwasher for less than two months it looks like and I've already had to call on an error code o c. I hope this is not what I have to look forward to in the future with this dishwasher.

I unfortunately got a lemon. We had the dishwasher for 3 months and it stopped working. I gave me an error code indicating leaking. I am grateful I got the Geek Squad service contract. The technician replaced the motor and still leaking. The entire unit had to be replaced. It washed the dishes okay. The plate rack on the bottom had the plates way too. close. I
