I’ve purchased over 10 of these for our videography business and it is so easy to transfer video and images from this drive to my Mac. Absolutely recommend!

I've been able to play Hogwarts Legacy moderately well on a lower-tier gaming laptop with it so the speed has been good!

A bit gimmicky when it comes to locking it, but set a password for it when you connect it and thatll be the main storage you work with.

I'm not impressed. I bought it for speed, not for portability. Yes it's really small. But I don't find the usability any different than a corded external hard drive. I fact I think I prefer the corded versions for my home computer since they run cooler. But if you want a small portable drive, it'd be good for that I guess.

The maximum transfer speed that can be achieved by the T7 is 1,050 MB/s on a PC that supports USB 3.1 Gen2 and UASP Mode, but the speed may vary depending on your PC environment and the types of data being transferred.
As there are various factors that could affect speed, I would encourage you to call Samsung Customer Support if you need further assistance to troubleshoot your issue.

So imagine how great it is to have all such instantly appear for instant discard, keep instantly or send to the cloud in a flash. Oh my...a tb look-see in a second!

I was able to copy everything over (500GBytes of data) in less than an hour. It would have been done sooner but the hard drive I was copying from was very limited in data rate.

Very Impressive!

As soon as you connect the drive to the computer/laptop, it lets you place your finger on the reader. It immediately opens the program and unlocks the drive. Very happy with the device. Speed is great, and you don't unlock the device 100x a day you would like your mobile phone.
