The Samsung Freestyle 2nd gen with gaming hub portable projector has left me SPEECHLESS!! Fresh out of the box you already know this is going to be good. The portability is what got me and how easy it is to use. As soon as you set it up it prompts you to the screen which is loaded with so many apps to choose from, just like a smart TV. Since it's small you can place it in any area in your home. Once that's done and you turn it on the projector adjusts the screen on its own. So no more moving it around to get a great picture because this projector does it automatically. The picture quality is just beyond spectacular. You definitely get what you pay for. Navigating through the apps is very smooth and precise, the control is lightweight, rechargeable, and has the option to be solar charged. There is also no need for additional speakers, the ones that are built in are phenomenal and sound so good. But of course, if you would like, they are easy to set up. The one thing that really made me love this projector is that there is No need for a white surface to be able to project a good image. This projector will adjust to any color background. I used it on my blue wall and the picture quality was so good, I didn't see any difference. The gaming hub was also a great add-on, with so many games to choose from. If you are looking for a small portable projector with amazing specs then this is the one!!! Side note, it can also be use as a speaker and has lights that turn colors!!

This little projector is pretty neat! Gen 2 has come with a much-needed upgrade to the internals, making it significantly faster. The user interface is smooth and seamless. Clicking through menus and changing settings is a breeze; no more frequent stuttering! The image is crisp and bright in the perfect setting. I'd recommend keeping the room as dark as possible, but you knew that already haha. I included some pics of a regularly lit room and one where all the lights are off and windows are closed. The Smart Calibration feature is fantastic. You place it in the most convenient spot and it does all the hard work for you. Auto Focus, Auto Leveling, and Auto Keystone. However, if you're not satisfied with the way it sets itself up, it does give you the option to change the settings manually. The gaming hub is a cool feature! You can use cloud gaming to play on this projector. I found it to be too laggy for my taste. If you're playing a fast pace, FPS game, this probably won't be your main driver. That being said, I found that connecting my phone through HDMI and playing that way was okay. Still not the most optimal experience, but fun nonetheless.

I received the first one yesterday and really amazed at the picture quality just on a grey painted wall. Image nice and clear and paired together with my 990Q soundbar via wifi. Getting another unit delivered tomorrow and will pair both for a 160" image. I took 2 pictures, one with light and one with a wiz blue light setting for movies. I like the portability and can take anywhere. Tech doesn't come cheap, but it is well worth the $800 tag it has vs the previous gen.

The Samsung projector has been a fantastic addition to my home setup. Setup was super simple, and since it has apps like Netflix already built in, I don’t need extra devices to stream. Overall, it’s a great, user-friendly projector that brings a lot of value!

I’m very impress by this Samsung compact projector, easy to use and you can take it anywhere for fun movie nights or even video games. Good resolution with 1920- 1080 for movies or video games , is like you’re watching it on tv but on a wall, the built in speakers are just as good with a capability of 360 degree sound but the most amazing things on this projector is the auto keystone feature and the built samsung game hub that you can play video games with subscriptions like Xbox games, all you need is to connect your wireless Xbox or any Bluetooth video game controller and you can use the Samsung game hub. Another unique thing that comes with this Samsung freestyle projector is the solar cell remote control that you can recharge either solar or use the usb cable, the remote comes with integrated buttons for Disney+, Netflix and prime video. Playing movies with this projector is awesome but I really enjoy the Samsung game hub, I use my Bluetooth game controller and I was impressed by the good stability without getting disconnected from the projector while playing different games from Amazon Luna and Xbox account, I was also able to connect my Nintendo Switch OLED to the mini HDMI port that this projector has and it works well, you just have to buy a mini HDMI that’s comparable to the projector. This is a great fun smart projector for the whole family and it’s less expensive than the previews generation.

Like someone else said, if you are considering this just get it. The picture quality exceed my expectation, even in a lit room. We are using it on the ceiling in our daughter’s room and I want on now. We tried 2 other cheaper brands and they were garbage. The auto focus is genuis. We have a Samsung short throw projector in our family room and this is way easier to use. Its small and powerful. Its a great option. The sound quality is decent for what we are using it for but others may want surround. It has all the apps we wanted and overall we have no complaints. Love it

Great projector! We have gone camping and used this to watch AVS games! Works great and will run off a jackery great! It self adjusts, the ability to move and rotate the screen is extremely impressive! Great picture quality! We run it next to our tv at home and can watch multiple games at the same time! Its pretty cool!

Great purchase! I use it everyday and everywhere very small and portable crystal clear beautiful UHD picture like carrying a 130 inch Samsung tv in your backpack about the size of a Lysol can so happy I purchased this item every single app is available easiest thing to use! Super easy setup just point and the image adjusts to the surface highly recommended……..

With the proper settings, the picture is beautiful and the ease of use is wonderful. The one downside I've had so far is that the remote is power...too powerful...as in if you have another samsung tv anywhere in your home, you will need to turn it off or the Freestyle remote will not work with projector and whoever is watching that tv will think they are going crazy!

Honestly say it has very good quality. I’m traveling and the hotel had some old tv so I went out and searched. Very compact but can def project a very large screen perfect for watching movies and even gaming. If you want to hook up HDMI get an adapter and it should work.

My Samsung freestyle 2 really surprised me the clarity of the picture and the ease at which to set it up and establish a basic Smart TV was incredible and simple the audio was clear and the speakers had enough power to be loud enough to even hear over my loud air conditioning I'm highly impressed with the quality and simplicity of the Samsung freestyle 2 it makes you wonder why you ever bought big bulky TVs

Great design and size; however, it would not connect to my computer. It may have been user error but it would not connect with my computer. So, I had to return it.

Great projector! The only thing I'm having issues with is connecting to the sound bar. Other than that, great buy. I must say, this projector exceeded my expectations in terms of picture quality and overall performance. The built-in speakers are decent, but I wanted to enhance the audio further by connecting it to my sound bar. However, I encountered some difficulties while trying to establish a connection between the projector and the sound bar. I followed the instructions carefully, but it seemed like the projector wasn't recognizing the sound bar. I tried different cables and checked the settings numerous times, but to no avail. Despite this minor setback, I believe it's important to acknowledge the projector's impressive features and functionality. Its user-friendly interface and easy setup make it a great addition to any home entertainment system. The variety of connectivity options, including HDMI and USB ports, ensure compatibility with various devices, further enhancing its versatility. The image projection size is adjustable, allowing me to customize the screen size based on the room and my preferences. Whether I'm watching movies, playing games, or giving presentations, this projector delivers exceptional performance every time. Although I couldn't connect it to my sound bar as desired

The picture quality is good. Easy to set up and connect. Sound comes up a little short, not unrealistic, but with a Bluetooth speaker is easily added. Planning to use outside, needs to be dark outside.

The image quality is high, although if it has to be used in a very dark room, the focus mode is giving me problems, but nothing that can't be fixed with the remote control. I don't recommend it for video games; the image quality, including colors and brightness, is significantly diminished.

Pretty awesome portable projector, loud and high picture quality. I was concerned about the lower lumens for picture brightness, but it ended up being perfect. Would recommend finding it cheaper, the $700 price tag is a bit extreme

Good price, very nice picture. Auto adjust to wall, and love that it is so portable. The only negative is app search in Samsung TV OS.

Ive had this projector for about 6 months now. Nohing but good impressions. Amazing quality projector. Super small but packs so much quality. The auto adjusting majes it so easy to move it from wall to wall. The systems speakers are already really good dont even need to connect a second speaker. 100% if this one even breaks ill just order a other one of the same
