The product was impressive when it worked. I am, however, very disappointed in the product longevity and support. It was great for a year, and then suddenly stopped working. When I say a year, I mean almost literally a year. I brought this home on December 22, 2024 (an am writing this review on December 23, 2025). A few days ago we noticed a chirping sound coming from the area where the projector was placed. We couldn't quite figure out what was making the sound until yesterday when we realized it was the power adapter from the projector. Last night we went to use the projector, only to find it wouldn't turn on. There was no standby light, or anything. We thought maybe it had died, so we moved it elsewhere to charge for a bit. After a while, still no standby light, so we used a different cable. After several cables and outlets failed to charge or power-up the device, it was clear the unit was faulty. Today I called Samsung support for assistance, only to learn that the 1-year manufacturer warranty expired in November, about 10-11 months after I purchased the $800 device. I was told that if I wanted to pay extra, I could setup an appointment to have somebody come and try to repair the device. I highly doubt repair is possible with this type of device, or financially sensible even if possible. After being told there was nothing that could be done for me, my support call ended. Moments later, a text came through asking for the Serial Number of the device. I was a little excited, thinking maybe Samsung had a change of heart, and would be able to help after all. I provided the serial number. I was then asked for the Model Code, which I provided as well. It wasn't long before I realized I was in some bot-loop with a non-human. Samsung simply had a an automated bot sending me the same few messages, over and over, leading me to believe there was potential for resolution. How disappointing. As I said at the beginning, the device was terrific for the time we had it. $800 is quite expensive, but we felt it was well on its way to delivering that type of value. Sadly, it stopped working almost a year later, coincidentally right outside of my warranty window (which started before I even purchased the device apparently).

Great quality for watching movies at home! Works great with devices I have to correct with it.

I was attracted by this product when visited a friend, the colors were much richer than the other projectors I've seen, even when the projecting area went up to 100 inches, so I placed an order right away.

Overall is a great projector with neat image and good speaker. I don’t like the fact that the electric plug gets too hot after an hour of playing and it remains hot even when the projector is not on so I have to disconnect it.

Definitely worth it if you are going outdoors or for family gatherings

GREAT product. Very easy to use and stream all the stream app. It works amazing with any Bluetooth very easy to set up anywhere in my house or patio. Smart things also allow you to use your phone as the remote.

I love this projector it's basically a smart TV that's a projector so it has all smart TV functions and it has Game Hub so if you have like Nvidia GeForce or you have Xbox game pass live you can Bluetooth your game controller directly to the projector and play games straight to it without the actual Xbox

100% WORTH THE MONEY!!! Such an amazing device. I play any Xbox game or any other hdmi compatible device will connect to this. If you need an adapter do your research on the correct HDMI adapter that works for gaming consoles for this projector.
