Digital keystone isn't great, and only usable in a dark room. Randomly restarts. Too expensive for what it is.

Bought this is August of 2023 and it is now November of 2024 and it just stopped working. Not power no lights nothing. Tried techinal support which they had me do all the usual steps. Told them it didnt work and was told. Sorry your warranty expired in August so it isnt covered. Paid over 700 dollars for a paper weight I love samsung but HIGHLY dissappinted with this purchase

Disappointment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would not auto focus at all. Slow UI very laggy. And worst of all. Not truely portable. No battery. Needs plug or extra purchase of awful looking "battery stand"

I’m sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with The Freestyle 2nd Gen’s Auto Focus performance. Please check the following, which may improve the issues you’re experiencing:
1. Remove the film covering the lens, as this can affect Auto Focus performance.
2. Position the device with the “Samsung” logo on the bottom of the unit.
3. Please also check for available updates, as this will also improve response time. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
