Excellent display. The only problem is the lack of speakers, they doesn't have to be great, but useful when connected to PC.

The Samsung monitor is connected to my Mac Mini and Playstation 4 via HDMI. I also have displayport for the Mac but since it's not late 2014 - doesn't support. The monitor has VESA so it's attached to my OmniMount Play20 which allows me to adjust depending on where on my desk I am sitting (meaning - I don't have a say in the stand itself). As for the monitor itself - clean modern look. The "on" button is backside so everything is flush in the front. I typically sit in front of the monitor but even when I view at a wider angle - don't see anything to complain about. No dead pixel so I am happy with that fact. Overall, the resolution is very good. I can't currently say anything about the 4K resolution but even with the 1080P upscaled - the resolution is still excellent. I bought for gaming and eventual photo editing. But first I need upgrade my computer set-up to support 4k - but will wait til prices go down a bit. Won't be disappointed for the price.

I use the monitor primarily to edit documents. After getting started, I was blown away as to how I can clearly read up to five full pages I portrait orientation at one time! In full HD, things that are blurry on a small screen are just big and blurry on a big screen. On this 4K, it's like a new world for doing my job. The in-store demos showed only fancy graphics and photos, and no one could really tell me how documents would look. Needless to say, I was blown away. Just wish my computer could support a couple more of these at one time.

I purchased one for my 4 yr old system and didn't realize the video card wouldn't support 4K. I decided it was time to get a new computer to go with the monitor, so I bought a new computer with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 in it. Then I saw how amazing the monitor performance was designed for. Then I purchased another one. So now I have dual 4K monitors...yes they are both the same Samsung UE590 28". I am delighted. I also do a lot of graphics at work and now I can work from home easier and play games...etc.

Great picture, excellent wifi connectivity, easy setup, standard tv speakers will sound better with soundbar. Wall mountable. I would recommend this to someone looking for a smaller tv for the bed room, den etc. Have always purchased Samsung TV.

So don't get me wrong this is a beautiful display, however the matte screen takes away from it's true potential. It doenst fingerprint but it's not a touchscreen so it doesnt matter. I bought it to use with my Surface Book's gorgeous display and this pales in comparison to be honest. If youre into matte displays then this is definitely a good option, but if youre a fan of that gorgeous glossy HD look i would opt for a different brand. Also, there are others out there like the LG that have better response times and look much more beautiful. Sad to say I will be swapping this out for the LG.

This 4k display is has a beuatiful picture. One tip I can give to get full 4K at 60 hrtz is to get a good 2.0 capable HDMI cable and use the HDMI 2 slot. The HDMI one will not do 60 hrtz but the HDMI 2 will and I am so happy now and love this Display along with my new Cyberpower Panzer pc, I couldn't be happier!

Awesome 4k picture. Has several ports for hooking up multiple devices. Huge viewing area. Wish it had built in speakers.

Awesome product. Wall mountable(mount separate) Good quality and easy to use. Only time will tell how it does long-term though.

I love the picture quality of this monitor. The only disappointing thing is that there are no built-in speakers with this monitor.

Excellent monitor with 1ms response rate. There is a Gaming Mode that you can enable that enhances the sharpness, clarity, saturation and more and it makes games and movies look rich and vibrant. The only downsides worth mentioning is that only one HDMI port is 60Hz (HDMI port 2) and the other is 30Hz and the monitor doesn't have built in speakers. I recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a sleek and cheap entry 4K monitor.

I was very happy with this monitor, but after messing with some of my computer settings, the video was even better. I will be using this monitor everyday for a long time. 10/10 would recommend. And great price for it.

What an upgrade! I went from 1080p to 4K and can never look back. For productivity purposes, the extra real estate on 4K is amazing. You can simultaneously run 4 1080p screens at once! As for gaming, the resolution upgrade is a world of a difference. Everything looks so crisp and I have 2 ASUS Radeon R290X in Crosfire so I can run almost anything at 60 fps in 4K. It is definitely amazing to watch. If you have hardware to match I absolutely recommend it. It's also cheaper than other 4K monitors out there, especially if you get it on sale. Two words: Get It!

Good picture quality. I've never used another monitor, so I don't have much to compare it to, but this one seems pretty great. I like that it has two hdmi ports. It also seems pretty durable and should last a while.

Great screen for the money. I use it for Video Editing and use it as my secondary monitor. I like the screen a lot for the price but it's hard to colour correct it to my iMac's screen for colour calibration. I already have two dead pixels on the screen as well. Nothing major and it has been sitting on my desk for the last 10 months. I would recommend that If you're investing in a monitor for video editing then I would suggest getting something a little more purpose built.

Using this for gaming and the quality and picture are outstanding. Standard monitor does not come close to the depth of the color.

This was the right choice in upgrading my computer monitor. As an computer artist, I appreciate the clarity and richness of the colors. I am very happy with the design of the screen. This monitor is easy & quite enjoyable to work on.

Bought three of them for surround gaming using Nvidia 1070 SLI giving me 11,520 x 2160 resolution. The price made the option for a surround setup feasible so I dove in. The high resolution and colors are nice. I also switch inputs and use two of them for my work laptop using a dock and the HDMI ports. The hokey joystick style button for settings is a little annoying when changing inputs, but if you aren't doing that routinely as I am then it is no big deal. Nice that they included Display and HDMI cables.
