Thank you for purchasing the Samsung U28E590D Display.
Please know that this monitor does indeed tilt. It has a tilt range of -2° to +15°, as listed in the User Manual.
Place the monitor on a flat sturdy surface, hold the base down firmly with one hand, grasp the top center of the bezel with your other hand and push firmly and gently back. This should tilt the monitor screen back. To tilt the monitor down, just push the bottom of the bezel gently and firmly back while pulling the top of the bezel towards you.

However, build quality leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of fake metal and cheap plastic. Also, would be nice if it had speakers. All in all, very happy with it.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.That many pixels in a 28 inch monitor allows you to see 6 webpages at one time - if your eyes can keep up with everything being very (Very!) small. I find myself zooming in regularly, which works better than changing the screen resolution. But for me, multiple windows is fantastic. If you want to watch videos, make sure your computer has a lot of graphics memory as it has to push a lot of pixels regardless of the resolution of the video. Forget about fullscreen if your monitor is connected to a laptop with embedded graphics. I own several of these and bought many for the company, leading to significant productivity increases, so used with thought, easily worth the price. But if 4K is a need, and you have the space and neck muscles, try also a 32 or 40 inch alternative.

Its just big enough to immerse yourself in some online PC gaming, or a couple of youTube videos. The price is a bit heafty, but the quality it worth it.

For console it’s great. Returned mine because I got it for my fiancé bought it for my birthday.
