I do think the LG 4k may have a clearer picture. But this one works for me. I like the setting for the eye saver.

Hooked up to a 4K Apple TV, the image quality was decent, but hooking up to a 4K 30Hz Laptop connection was so laggy it was unusable. AMD Freesync is great, if you have the required hardware. Maybe then it's worth while. Returned and moved to an LG

28" was not too big

I do not need all the bells and whistles it comes with but the price was right. After I got home I realized my old monitor was 24", this is 28". I almost returned it. My coworker convinced me it's the best thing since sliced bread. IT IS! I can have several windows going and can easily read both. I need it for my serious shopping. My laptop screen is just too small Next is to work on my sons wedding video this spring. It'll be easy with this big monitor a crystal clear screen.

I picked this one becuase it was VESA compatible so my plan was to mount on the wall. Unfortunately, the connections faces the wall ratherer than downward so the monitor does not mount flush to the was as the HDMI cable and ROKU extend beyond the wall mount. Plus the on/off switch and monitor controls are through a joystick which is on the backside of the monitor. If it is mounted on the wall, then there is no convenient access to the joystick. The mounting feature works if using a desk mount swivel attachment or using an extendable wall mount bracket, but that was not my plan so I will be returning this one. I would recommend as an acceptable monitor if you don't have the wall mounting limitations.
