I bought this monitor as one of my gaming monitors. The 28" size is great for seeing all the details and has great color quality (Better than my older 27" LG IPS). I have it hooked up to my computer via DisplayPort with the native resolution 3840 x 2160. The reason I took off a star is because I wish the refresh rate was a little better. Don't get me wrong it looks great and has no lag but it's max refresh is 60hz and that's only if you drop down the resolution to 1920 x 1080. At 3840 x 2160 the refresh rate is 30hz. It still looks great and works great. I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a crisp clear picture.

This monitor is truly amazing!! I have a high end MSI gaming notebook with a Nvidia GTX 1080 GPU, and I play a lot of games on it. This being said, I run such games as Battlefield 1 at the native 4k resolution completely maxed out at 60htz and do obtain 60 fps on this monitor. It looks great!! The size on the monitor is a plus, and the true LED status of this is nice as well because after a long gaming session you don't feel like you are tanning. I would recommend this monitor to anyone buying there first 4k monitor as the price is comparable to most good non 4k monitors.

I do graphic design, photography, film editing and color grading and was looking for another monitor for my workstation. The price of this monitor was too good for me to pass up. Amazon says this monitor does support "up to a billion colors" which has me scratching my head because that is a HUGE plus for color grading and editing. But I never saw that mentioned in BestBuy's product description. Hmmm. I know this panel does not cover all of Adobe RGB but it does cover the sRGB color spectrum well. I am using the extra real-estate for video bins and clip previews which is really nice. One major drawback is the monitor stand: it is not adjustable. Also, the menu buttons are on the back and the menu is a little clunky but it works. I look forward to upgrading my GPU to support 4K resolution and then calibrating this monitor. That is when I will truly see how this panel renders colors.

I wanted to upgrade my old Vizio and found this monitor to suit my needs for my photography business. True IPS with rgb colors at a reasonable price. I'm happy with my purchase.

I fly a drone so I shoot video in 4K so I need a screen that will support the 4K with out locking up and lagging this one does everything I need I love it.

Only problem is the lag starting up using a display port from my Mac. Picture is pretty good straight on, color changes a little at angles.

It’s a solid 4K monitor, pixels are basically indiscernible however the frame rate is only 60hz so gamers might want something else.

This is my 2nd Samsung computer monitor, and I'm still using and loving both of them. This monitor is very high definition and looks great even on my older computer which the video card only outputs at 1600 x 900. This monitor can output much higher at 4K resolution, but even with my mediocre video card on my older computer it looks great! The 2nd one of course looks even better on my newer computer which can output at 3840 x 2160 pixels. If you're thinking of getting a new computer monitor, this is the one! It's excellent!

Great picture on this screen. I am using it as my computer monitor, because I watch all my movies through my computer now. Samsung has great quality products.

This monitor is amazing. I bought 2 of them. One for PlayStation and the other for my gaming pc. Beautiful picture with no lag at all

This is an outstanding monitor. We have purchased 6 of them so far. Excellent quality and looks great too!. You can't beat this monitor for the price.

Really nice Monitor... I wss never told it didnt have internal speakers so that was dissappointing, but other than that I like it....

The main purpose for this purchase was the full 4K resolution to work on my drone videos in full scale. It does this great and it plays them beautifully. It is a very bright screen and I have tinkered a lot with the settings. It sits next to a Dell 27" that has a much warmer tone. So the Samsung appears as a bit cooler picture. Using Photoshop it makes it a bit uncertain now for me which monitor has the true colors. Overall I am satisfied and would recommend it. You just may want to adjust the color settings a bit.

Just installed two of these monitors in my law firm and my paralegals love them. Crisp, bright, large display - very easy on the eyes.

Hook up was easy.....unfortunately didn’t work with a Xbox one but nonetheless hooks up to a smaller 4k tv in the kitchen !!

As eyes get older, we need a bigger monitor. This one works great and the price is good also. I have never been disappointed in a Samsung product.

Upgraded from 27 inch FHD monitor ( 1080p) to this UHD (2160p) for mac pro. OSX recognized and scaled it automatically so that it and runs at UHD resolution but UI looks like 1080p so that text is not too small. Picture is crisp and beautiful, color is awesome. Dont feel any lag. IMO for anything more than 24 inch monitor 1080p or even 1440p is not ideal as text is not sharp and you can appreciate pixels. Very happy with purchase and using desktop feels like fun again!

The only drawback to this monitor is the location of the power switch - on the back... other than that - great monitor for the price....

I use this monitor for gaming. It has an amazing picture but I am unable to move the monitor around. Very good monitor for the price!
