New Washer Defect L unorrected.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dec. 22, 2023 purchased large capacity Samsung washer/dryer at Best Buy affiliate Pacific Sales Feb. 8, 2024 W/D delivered and installed by non Best Buy employees. No operating instructions provided for washer Feb. .15, 2024 went to Pacific Sales to complain of incomplete rinsinsing cycle on large items. Instructed to add additional items(towels)!to balance load in drum. Feb. 22,?2024 returned to Pacific Sales with same complaint. ADvised to use other settings Feb. 28, 2024 same problem unresolved. Pacific Salesman initiates Samsung mnfgr. service request. March 6, 2024 Eugene from Teckton inspects washer, demonstrates controls and says all OK. Does not activate or conducts wash or rinse cycle. Advises Dryer vent tube is properly installed March 19, 2024. Problem still unresolved. Daniel from Teckton inspects water. Advises washer cannot wash bedding or bath mats. -_-Says to Use commercial laundromat for those items. Advises dryer tubing improper and test shows it’s operating at 80%. March 27, 2024 return to Pacific Sales with same complaint on washer.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buyer beware, I purchased these on sale 4/30/21 with a delivery date in 3-4 weeks, ok I'm good with that but wait... I receive email 5/28/21 "Your order is taking longer to fulfill than we expected". Ok, not good news but I can wait. Now on 6/11/21 I receive this email "Delayed item(s) canceled." Yet I see they are still showing available on their website on 6/12/21 (full price btw), the whole point is they do not want to honor their sale price that I purchased these for. Long time customer
