Then they installed it andd forgot to turn on the water to washing machine. This was totally frustrating from start to finish.

Only gripe is instructions tell you to slide the pedestal into place once secured to appliance. Even with the tape provided, it has rubber no-slip corners that won't let it slide so we had to get creative to move it into position.
