I ordered pedestals for both my washer and dryer at the same time. One was delivered 4 months after the first one. The delivery team installed the first one. The delivery team that delivered the second one refused to install it. After waiting MONTHS to get the second pedestal, I was told to call BestBuy to schedule installation.

We had a pedestal under the washer that had a broken piece. My son took our old washer because they no longer made pedestal that worked with our washer and he didn’t need the pedestal. best buy delivered the new washer and pedestal the next day and installed it for us. We are very happy with the new washer.

I bought them when I moved 3 yrs later. These pedestals are a newer model than the ones I would have bought had I bought everything at the same time. These fit great. Essentially the same as the prior model just newer. Easy enough to install if you have multiple strong people that can lift the washer.
