A horrible Samsung washer and dryer pedestal exper

It was the installation to that was horrible experience.i need some one high up on the food chain to see this survey.t The third party companies that install your washer and dryers are horrible. No mechanical or electrical training. I have to put in another request for people to come back and trouble shoot why my washer is shacking with the pedestal installed. Joe in the appliances department in Oceanside was the greatest help of all and went above and beyond to get my pedestals delivered and not damaged.
