Samsung pedestal is a Beautiful stand for washer which saves your back from bending.

Out of the two that we initially one of them had a defective drawer that would not close completely. BestBuy replaced and installed the pedestal at no charge.

Seems like a really awesome pedestal holds up the washing machine exactly as it is supposed to

Works great with our Maytag washer. Not quite deep enough to stand up the laundry detergent bottle but still plenty of space.

Returning pedestals. This us my 2nd purchase on pedalstals where the washer jerks around because the pedstals is too light for the washer. It moves entirely left to right. You would think samsung would get it right By the way Best Buy Customer service is the worst call center. They are off shore and they never help they are nasty individuals and are famous for disconnecting the call.

The original purchase was to include these bases. However, in communication it was not done. The gentleman that delivered the washer and dryer originally were amazing. They did not have the two bottom pieces that we wanted nor did they have the steam kit that we paid for. I went to the store, purchased the bottom pieces and schedule delivery. When the two gentleman came out to install these two bottom pieces, They did not have knowledge of the steam kit. We showed them the receipt and they made us pay AGAIN $35. Then they shoved the washer so far back that it broke something and when they left, they turned the water off and kept it off. It was when my husband turned the water back on. He saw the laundry room flooded. We reached out to your service they did come back and correct it. It’s just unfortunate. They didn’t report it to begin with. It’s ridiculous that I had to pay for a kit, not once but twice. I will really question buying future appliances from Best Buy.

- It’s ok. - Disappointed that large containers don’t fit in it. With a family size house we buy the large detergents. Wish it was taller by 1/2 inch. - Easy to adjust for balancing. - Thus is a need product, otherwise the washer sits so low. Only gave 3 star due to size. The manufacturer should have considered large containers, but I should have read the spec size too and measured too. I assumed wrong.
