Item Scratched/damaged during Installing

I contacted Best Buy & it was escalated. Till date, no one at Best Buy has fixed the damage despite numerous calls & a claim ticket submitted by Best Buy. I get told someone will call be back in 24-48hrs. Never happens. This has been going on now since March 2022.

Hopefully it won't take 1/4 of a year for it to arrive like it did for the washer/ dryer set to be manufactured and delivered .
