Hard to tell when it is done. No count down timer... Cleans okay nothing great... Looks very cool ... but come on, 800 dollars maybe 400

Not only is this beautiful in design, but its incredible at doing its job. The blue light while its on illuminates the kitchen and adds that touch of elegance to our entire samsung kitchen. We do not recommend the installation, as they installer damaged our unit, and we needed to replace it. But the quality, finish and overall product review is a strong 5 star.

the dishwasher is very quiet, but we are noticing that our silverware gets all rusty. Not sure why that is happening.

My only reason to give this product a 2 star is because it failed after one usage. Geeks quad came to the house and concluded that the dishwasher was faulty. I went back to the store and asked for an exchange, unfortunately they did not have any in stock and they had to refund me my money. I was very disappointed that I could not get replacement.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to friend and family.

The new technology in this dishwasher is a pleasure to use. It exhibits superior ability to clean any type of dishwater placed in the unit.

Too hard to operate. Have to get the manual out every time. Does a good job of cleaning.

Much quieter than our old one. So far it is working fine. Takes a long time for a full cycle

The dishes come out cleaner than the previous GE Profile models we've owned. I wish they had the anti-fingerprint finish like the refrigerator. We have to constantly wipe it with special stainless steel cleaner to keep it looking good. Sometimes the top rack items and silverware seem not as clean as what's on the bottom rack. Bottom rack items always come out spotless, which can't be beat.

The new waterwall technology is interesting. Had to play with the controls while reading the instructions to truly understand how to operate. Hidden controls are a nice touch.

The shelves seem a bit rickety but so far so good on cleaning and such. The other reviews said drying was a problem and it is...but not more than the Electrolux (don't ever buy again) we had before this one. All you have to do is pop the door open at the end of the cycle and let the steam out....things will dry. The shelves, specifically the tines, have a strange alignment which takes some getting used to...

This is extremely quiet and only when it drains can you really tell that it is on. We usually use the one hour cycle and this gets our dishes very clean. We can sit in the same room and hear the tv at a normal level. With our old dishwasher we always used the delay cycle so it came on after we went to bed as it was so much louder.

Cleans great. Nice and quite. Even dries the dishes unlike most of today's dishwashers

It's beautiful, my only problem is it doesn't dry my dishes , but it cleans them well

Works well but the cycle takes a very long time. The machine is also very quiet.

Our old dishwasher was not doing the job. We found this as an open box at our local store and got several other discounts on it as they wanted to move it out of the store. It cleans well and is so amazingly quiet that if the blue light were not on when it's running, you'd never even know it was on.

This dishwasher is a big upgrade from my older ge model. So quiet, I barely notice it. So far is working great. Only thing that stopped the fifth star, it is not very easy to fill. Most of my bowls and plastic containers don't like standing up. They tend to fall back and stay filled with water. As we use it we will firgure out the best way to fill it. Time will tell.
