A: Use the dry + cycle and it should solve your problem.
Q: When washing is completed why is residue from the dirty dishes left in the bottom of the dishwasher
A: Hi Lou, Thanks for your question. There are a few possible explanations for what you're experiencing with your DW80J7550UG Dishwasher involving such factors as water pressure and temperature, or the drain hose may not be routed correctly. I'd suggest reviewing the information on pages 29-30 of the User Manual (see advice for particles left on dishes and film in dishwasher), and on page 19 of the Install Guide (see Figure 12 on that page in particular). In addition, it may be time to clean the filter (see page 26 of the User Manual). Thank you, Ms. Samsung
A: NEVER use liquid soap in a dishwasher! It will "super-suds" all over the place!
Q: This has NSF-Certified Sanitization Cycle. Does is sanitized at 165 degrees?
A: Hi, Alan, the cycle that is NSF certified is the Normal Cycle with the Sanitize option selected. With the Sanitize option selected, the water temperature is increased to 162 ˚F (72 ˚C) in the final rinse cycle for high-temperature sanitization. ^Rosi
Q: Why are there 2 "depth" measurements listed (27 in and cut out depth of 24 in)?
A: Thanks for your interest. The actual depth of the main body of the DW80J7550US is 24-2/3" to fit in a 24" cabinet cut out. Some other models measure 27" including the handle, which the DW80J7550US doesn't have. - Ms. Samsung
A: I have a similar situation. The waterwall carriage is prone to a few issues. First, its magnet becomes weakened, and the carriage losses track of where it is in the compartment. From what I understand, it is not traveling front/back to clean the lower rack. In addition to the pealing finish and the rusted upper rack, we are trading in our Samsung appliances.
A: Buy a Bosch next time. My Samsung never cleans properly.
