• Hi, Alan, the cycle that is NSF certified is the Normal Cycle with the Sanitize option selected. With the Sanitize option selected, the water temperature is increased to 162 ˚F (72 ˚C) in the final rinse cycle for high-temperature sanitization. ^Rosi
