Buying this has not been a fun experience.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I bought the Samsung "smart TV" no one at BB told me that in order for it to actually be a smart TV I would have to buy another $50 part to make it work. The delievery guy did not mention this fact to me either so I found out about it when I tried to set the TV up after it was already on the wall. Now I have purchased the correct adapter but will have to wait until I have help to take the TV off the wall to install the adapter in the back of the TV. It would make sense for the BB sales and delivery people to let customers know about this issue. It would also be better if the device installed on the side of the TV instead of the back so it could be installed once the TV was on the wall. I am not happy.
