Good value for the price paid ($49.99 on sale)
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed to replace a failing hard drive in a laptop that originally had a 500MB standard (spinning) hard disk. I knew there was plenty of unused space on the original drive, so bought this one to replace it. Computer boots faster (about 75% faster) and is quieter (no spinning disk inside). Downfall - this drive did not come with a utility to transfer the data over. I ended up using EaseUS (only the free version) to duplicate and re-size the partition and it worked well. (Finding a free solution took longer than the actual duplication, but it was well worth it.)

Works fine, but not the fastest available

Great low price SSD

Outstanding drive for the price

However with this in mind, this drive performs just as well as the seagate drive I paid twice as much for a few months back for another computer. Would defenutaley recommend!

Cheap but performs!

For $60 his system is able to boot in 15 seconds and makes apps load quick and snappy. I took one star off due to build quality. The enclosure is plastic and feels flimsy but since iv used these only in desktops it's not a major issue jst noteworthy. My brother has been using his system for a few months now and Hasn't had any issues and I jst built another budget system with one of these for a friend. Great alternative to a mechanical drive for little $.
