The ssd was not quite as fast I anticipated, however, in a very old computer it was a major upgrade. The computer (a desktop) ran about twice as fast and very much smoother.

This turned my laptop into a brand new unit with unbelievable speed and I don't have to worry about storage anymore. Very happy with the product and well worth money spent.

I purchased this as a replacement hard drive for my mother's computer. As expected, its performance is a huge improvement over the old 7200 rpm spindle drive it replaced. Note that no cables or mounting hardware is included. You'll need a SATA cable and something to attach the drive inside the case.

Best use is reinstall using this drive. Excellent Value. Win10 will run 300℅ faster. Use your older drives for data and don't forget to back up using a cloud service or external.

Sandisk is very acceptable. It gets the job done. I installed this as i cloned my original drive. This gave me 10 Times Read and Write access speed. A NOTICEABLE difference.

I am mining Crypto, so I do not really use a hard drive, just serves its purpose to load an OS on the PC. So if you are mining the cheapest SSD will work just fine.

Great as a boot drive for my computer. Not a lot of storage, so you will have to pair it with something that has more storage. Otherwise, great drive.

This is the second one of these I've bought. It was on sale and a good price. My laptop is dramatically faster. I bought the 2nd to put my desktop OS on it.
