I had a very old laptop gathering dust in a box in the garage. After putting this new hard drive in, it's up and running again. It's great to have a second laptop. Installation was easy. I highly recommend this hard drive.

I replaced the HDD in an HP 8440P elite book with this SanDisk SSD. I installed Ubuntu Mate 16.04 on it, and it works fantastically. It boots up in about 10 seconds, and runs wonderfully. I recommend this product.

I was playing 2 games, World of Warcraft and Arch Age, the latest version of WoW has an issue with loading, it was taking FOREVER to load every screen, Archage uses a cache read/write system constantly when playing making the hard drive a huge bottleneck when playing. In BOTH cases, moving the games to this SSD (yes, they both fit, I am proof of that) the all around performance and load times improved, especially in Archage where the in game slowdowns almost stopped completely and load times in WoW went from sometimes 2 or 3 minutes to never more then 20 seconds. I highly recommend an SSD if you see a slow down that seems to happen only when your traditional hard drive is revving up like a stock car ready for the green light at Daytona.

I was looking for an SSD hard drive and found this little gem on sale for under $40. Even though it's only 120Gb, it runs super fast. I used it to load my OS and plan on augmenting storage with a regular HD.

Had previous experience with Sandisk SSDs and absolutely love it. Fast read and write speed. Decent software and documentation. Can't say much about reliability but after one year still works like a charm.

I needed a internal hard drive to replace the original that crashed in a friend's tower pc. This is larger and quicker, and was on sale at the time of purchase so it really was a no-brainer on the decision.

I replaced a traditional hard drive with this SSD and it boots up in about 25 seconds in Win 10. Brought back life to a computer that's almost 10 years old.

This is very fast for very great value. I purchased as a boot drive for my gaming computer, and I am very pleased with it. It's super light and can be easily mounted with the included mounting holes

SSD works well, use it for boot drive for windows. Has sufficient space for windows install + more if needed, but would not recommend storing much on other than windows it if you use as boot drive.

Have used the 120GB and 240GB versions of this drive to replace slow laptop drives. It will bring any old laptop back to life and give it a well needed boost in performance. Well worth the investment.

These I install for friends and students very good and reliable beats the heck outa larger drives which are not solid state!

Great for using as the main boot drive with just installing the OS on it. Easy to put into most laptops or could be even used in a desktop. Makes it boot so much quicker in comparison to standard drives.

This was a great choice for me. I wanted to speed up an older pc without spending a lot of money. The only draw back is finding cloning software but not impossible.

I was very surprised at how inexpensive this drive was and how fast it made my computer. Boot time went from about 2 minutes to 25 seconds. I will be buying more for other computers.
