Only if you're going to download games and apps not if you buy physical carts.

Great if you're a Zelda fan!

I had no idea what memory card to buy and I figured that I should buy the original to avoid any issues. Now that I have switched to a bigger micro sd card that is not licensed by Nintendo, I have not noticed any difference at all. I would recommend buying another SanDisk Micro SDXC card instead unless this card is on sale.

We picked this size because we felt that it is all she will need for now with the 3 games she plays.. but i do believe they have a range of GB.

Great SD card!
