Q: Why do I need this at all for the Switch?
A: You do not necessarily need it but the switch does have limited room. If you plan on purchasing digital games you will run out of room quick!

A: Yep, got it for my switch lite and it works perfect
A: You do not need to use this card specifically. I would look for a card on a decent sale that has similar speeds. I attached the one I use. normally 80 dollars but on sale for 17.99 at the time of posting.

A: As long as it can accept a Micro SD card, then yes, you can.

A: Depends on the size of the games you get. I have nearly thirty games on my Switch and this is the only memory card I use. If you are worried, you could spring for a bigger card.

A: Depends on the space of the game. A game in a switch like animal crossing new horizons takes up a lot of space, so opt for a GB you think is enough.

A: If it takes a micro sd card, I'd say yes.
