Hard to set up
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Operation manual and inquiry to the company didn't help. If it hadn't been for the Geek Squad helping me, I would have never gotten it to work. Can't say enough about the Geek Squad!

Horrible service
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The SanDisk player I bought is working fine. This review is more on the Samsung tablet that my mother bought the same day. We can't review it because she doesn't have it. We asked to have it set up by Geek Squad and have not heard back from them. This Tuesday will be a month that they have had it. That is unexceptable! We will be asking for credit back to her charge card and go some where else.

Good Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There are better mp3 players and I found this one to be a bit small.. I would rather something about the size of the ipod or the phillips mp3 player which I think are the best I've found so far.
