However they removed al my files but did not reload everything to my computer and then would not give me back the stick with my files on it.

My couple comments are, 1) my kids use this one for school and they attach a key chain or lanyard to them to keep from losing them. The hole for connecting these isn't very large. 2) the case of this flash drive is a little thick/bulky. If one has a thin laptop, the thickness of the case can elevate one side of the laptop once it is plugged in.
