||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This memory stick works for storage but it is really slow - in a few tests using Blackmagic Disk Speed Test (with a new Macbook retina on a USB 3.0 port) this disk showed read/write speeds of 5 MB/sec or less. It would take around an hour or more to put 30 GB onto this memory stick! I picked this up on sale for less that 10 dollars, so I added 1 star, otherwise it would have been only 2 stars at the normal price.
