The file management system needs improvement

The Cut and Paste function does not work. The Drag and Drop function is not compatible with the Windows Explorer so you cannot drag a file and drop it into the Windows Explorer. The copy function offers a "copy and replace all" option but it does not have the "skip all" option so you need to press "No" for each file.
