Good Value...but poor customer service

Was notified by BB that they had arrived, drove to store and was told only two of the three had arrived, rather than giving me one off the shelf (which they had in stock) they told me that it could be 3-5 weeks before the other one came in...Best Buy needs help in their customer service area...I have had similar problems with them in the past. If they want to stay competitive they had better learn how to deal with their customers or they will be going the way of other 'Brick and Mortar' Stores...remember Circuit City?
