Took computer to Geek Squad. They said flash drive was defective. Tried a new flash drive. It failed. Three geek squad people got their heads together and tried a different brand of flash drive. It worked right away. I was informed that SanDisk drives frequently would not work with Toshiba lap tops. ???? I have used SanDisk for years (never with a Toshiba computer) and have always been satisfied. I will use SanDisk again; but not with a Toshiba.
