Bought as a gift for a tech-y 20-something. Says it is a lifesaver. Great for working both satellite and home for file transfers and for use between sites. Quick and great portability. Would buy again.

I love my Sandisk Extreme SSD. I Use it to supplement the storage in my windows 11 laptop and for data backup. Its fast and it was an easy plug and play operation. It comes with security software to encrypt the drive contents which slows down the mounting of the drive but its an acceptable trade off for the security aspect of securing your data.

It was good addition to my storage, being as ssd it is way faster to load/unload data

Excellent transfer speed seems like your working thru the same device and doesn’t feel like you have an external drive connected. Definitely recommend it if your looking for an external SSD.
