This portable SSD downloaded my entire MacBook iPhoto library in less than 5 minutes. Over 26,000 photos and 1000 videos. Very fast and seems reliable so far. Does not work well with iPhone however.

Excellent price and very fast. I like that it connects to USB C and has an adapter for older USB connections.

I split this into two partitions. One 500GB for time machine and one 500GB partition formatted as ExFAT to be able to share files with windows PC too. Very fast and small.

I have needed a scratch drive. This is the answer for me with my photography. I use it daily and back up to my main drive from it once a month. Its so small and fast I have no complaints.

These drives are super versatile and fast. I use them to transfer media or as a camera card on my BMPCC 4K. Highly recommend!
