Fast! Just what my Macbook needed! I have it mounted to the outside of my Macbook with velcro, I run all of my programs off of this drive, it's much faster than the internal drive that came with my Macbook

So much faster than thumb drives! I transfer a lot of large files back and forth which seems to take forever. I was amazed how much faster it goes with this SSD drive.

I love my Sandisk Extreme SSD. I Use it to supplement the storage in my windows 11 laptop and for data backup. Its fast and it was an easy plug and play operation. It comes with security software to encrypt the drive contents which slows down the mounting of the drive but its an acceptable trade off for the security aspect of securing your data.
