No clear instructions...a bit disappointing!

I also looked online for help, but not instructions or information there. I had to make an appointment with my Geek Squad team and have them do the transfer of data for me.

You may simply plug it in to you computer(Windows/Mac) and use it with File Explorer(Windows) or Finder(Mac).
