Read and writing speed is not bad. Comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter which is really useful. Works with iPad, PC and Mac without any driver.

No clear instructions...a bit disappointing!

I also looked online for help, but not instructions or information there. I had to make an appointment with my Geek Squad team and have them do the transfer of data for me.

You may simply plug it in to you computer(Windows/Mac) and use it with File Explorer(Windows) or Finder(Mac). Meaning, if it is first used on a mac, it will only work and be registered amd formatted for mac computers, not PC. And vise versa.
