This little Solid State Drive is 1gb and very portable in pocket or whatever. Excellent security, however difficulty with having it active if you leave it connected to your computer after sleep mode or shutdown, has to be unplugged and re-plugged to recognize. I am using encrypted pwd-activated mode. May be different if you are using unencrypted mode.

Pretty fast SSD. With the recent price drops, the SanDisk Extreme is a great value for anyone who needs portable or small-format storage. I love that I can clip it to a laptop bag & take it with me when I travel, and the USB-C plug delivers fast transfer speeds for MacBook users.

The compact size is very convenient to pack during travel. Small size but big memory. Might get another one if the price is right.

SanDisk really came through with this portable SSD. It is the perfect size and the transfer speeds are optimal. I was initially looking at purchasing a regular portable hard drives for cost savings, but SSD's are worth the extra money. After doing my own research and speaking with a Best Buy expert, I took the dive with SanDisk. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend this device.

I wanted a travel external drive for my MacBook Pro, and got this on a BestBuy Daily offer. Firstly it's tiny, and no moving parts means it's the perfect travel accessory. It connects via USB-C so is blisteringly fast. I use it to backup my laptop when on the road, and also to hold my iTunes music library. Works perfectly for that. Doesn't come with a case, so I bought one separately.

I wanted memory that would work with the iPhone 4K and 60 fps setting on the camera. This fixes the problem. It is large enough and fast enough. Exactly what is needed to do full ProRes.

This SanDisk is exactly what I was looking for to replace my old external disk that had platters that were destroyed when it fell on the floor and I lost all my files for good. Now I don't have to worry as much if this SanDisk hits the floor. This SanDisk is just like having additional internal disk space, very fast and lots of disk space.

Amazed with how small the device is and how much it could store, works right out of the box when plugging to usb C S23 and UsBC ipad gen 10, doesn't work with older iphone with lightning even with lightning camera adapter

Nice size storage and physically small and convenient. Gets a bit warm after a while but the speed is plenty fast for my 24 megapixel camera to dump the days shots

It’s really small like very very small. Fits in the palm of your hand. But besides that I love the password security feature. Fast and reliable. Great buy but be careful because it’s so small you can easily misplace it.
