Is very sturdy and compact. However, as any USB-C type connector, has to be careful during connection to prevent damage. Beside that, this is a perfect external SSD Driver to go with.

Compact, easy set up. Works as advertised. Much better way to upgrade memory without breaking the bank.

It allowed me to carry around large videos and pictures. The only set back was the videos didn’t play back well though i was already using a MacBook pro

The total storage and read/write speed of this drive are simply amazing. I am able to store and run a virtual machine off this drive without any issues.

Very great item. AES Encryption is awesome and I love the fact it’s password protected. The speeds are nice too.

The SanDisk Extreme Pro Portable SSD is a so - so drive. There is a well documented problem with them on Windows 10/11 where the drive just disappears from the OS. Support was a laborious process. It’s been gone, awaiting replacement longer than I had it functional. I loved the size and ruggedness, it if I could do it over, I’d buy something different. No telling when a replacement may show up. Not happy. smh

Great size and perfect for backups and saving copies of my documents and photos.

I’ve used the SanDisk SSD before and haven’t had any problems with them until I bought the 2TB Extreme Pro. It really only worked once then after that the unit became hot, the transfer rate was very slow and finally it couldn’t be recognized by my Mac. Perhaps the size of it makes it difficult to dissipate heat. I recommend SanDisk as a brand but just not this storage device.

This is my go to ssd drive. The 2TB extreme pro is fast and efficient. I have Had zero issues so far and plan on buying more.
