Not compatible with Old MacMini

Tower Problem

Turn in off by power strip , turn it back on and most of the time it opens up correctly. Am frustrated for a solution . One said it was something done by Microsoft.....well. it still isn't right. HELP

Cloning

The free cloning software I found was bogus, it wanted to just sell me computer protection after downloading I thought to be cloning software. So I returned it to Best Buy and bought a Samsung SSD that came with cloning software.

didn't work well in Mac

I was getting beachballs (pinwheels, hourglass etc) on loading the most basic programs. Ended up getting a PNY and everything was super fast. Maybe this particular drive was defective. Returned.

Lacking proper transfer software because of this I can not recommend this drive.

Couldn’t get it to work with 3 computers

This is the first SSD I’ve ever purchased and could not get it to work in my desktop (Dell XPS 8500), my laptop (Lenovo Y700 Touch) or my step-father’s laptop (also Lenovo Y700 Touch). I followed multiple YouTube videos and tutorials online, but even if I followed them 100% I still could not get this to work. I’m going to assume I’m doing something wrong and I’m at fault, however, since there are no instructions or software included, Sandisk has left it up to me to figure out on my own how to install this correctly. So, my 1 star is based on my experience with this hard drive.
