I was amazed that SSB drive is real fast.

No more crash I believed. I was surprised further by its compact size.

Good drive, nice to have local

This isn't my favorite brand, for cost, speed and reliability, but the ability to walk into Best Buy and walk out with the drive is the kind of speed, and reliability I needed to satisfy my customer and not be stuck with shipping which has become very unreliable. So it cost a little more, but my client is happy.

Great Disk

I use it to save documents and another disk for software. It works fantastic for what I use it for. I am using this disk in a desktop and not a laptop.

It can greatly decrease boot times as well as increase battery life. 240 GB is the sweet spot right now for cost to storage.

Decent performance for the price

It did not come with any software to duplicate my existing drive or any additional mounting hardware. this wasn't an issue as I was doing a clean install in a laptop. I did have to use a little bit of foam to pad out the drive in the existing bracket, because it's a bit thinner than a normal laptop hard drive, but this would be an issue with any SSD.

The Sandisk 256GB is working out excellently. My old Sony laptop is faster now. Best Buy associates were kind and helpful. No complaints at all!!!

Takes a low end laptop the extra mile
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I installed this drive in my wife's lower end laptop with a 5800 rpm hdd. Transfer was easy, and the increased speed is very nice. The battery savings and increased shock resistance is a great perk too.

Great laptop upgrade.

Considerably faster when booting and installing software. This is my 3rd SanDisk ssd purchase and have had zero issues with any of them.

Great fast storage!

It loads amazingly quick compared to my standees hard drive and it was very easy to install into my desktop.

The drive fit in nicely and everything transferred over ok. The laptop now boots much faster and everything runs like a new machine.
