Bought this for my son who took my 7 year old Dell and replaced the old hard drive. His computer now outperforms my brand new desktop with faster processor and more memory. Intend to replace the drive on my new computer with an SSD. Don't think there's anything that gives you greater performance for the price.

Plug and play install. No problems with performance or other issues thus far. PNY brand was also around same price point, but the SanDisk was on sale and in-stock, so helped guide decision easier. Boot time is now much better than previous old and dying pancake drive.

Decent size and price and does what it's supposed to do. In two years of grad school with similar size item, never filled it up, and this one is just for everyday use and fun on a Linux Mint laptop.

I purchased this for my sisters gaming PC for a fresh install of windows 10 and she loves the boot up speed of her PC now. SSD drives are a must have if you want your computer to boot fast and access files quickly. There are faster SSD drives out there but this one was on sale at the time and it does the job great.

This little drive is what my Laptop needed. I have an awesome laptop in all area except the hard drive. Once installing this SSD. It changed everything. Boot times went from minutes to around 7 secs. It is worth every penny. Pc specs i7 12 gb ram hp envy 17 laptop. Nothing I can say except worth every penny!

My 1TB HDD is getting very slow, even on Google chrome browsing is slow. I upgrade this SSD, and everything pops right up. No more lagging on the web and programs. It is small in size, but I still kept my 1TB HDD as my secondary HDD to backup my SSD data. This is a ideal upgrade and solved my backup plan.

I installed this into my Mid 2012 MacBook pro. I replaced the hard drive and performance has since then been really good. Starting up is fast and just using my MacBook overall for school there are no hiccups or slow downs. Would recommend this if you can't get the Samsung SSD

I installed this drive as my primary "C:\" drive on my PC. My startup time in Windows 10 went from 1 minute and 37 seconds to 11 seconds! Shutdown is superfast as well. It's definitely large enough to host the operating system and many applications. I moved most of my data files to the HDD that was previously my primary drive. I recommend this upgrade to anyone who wants to add speed to their system.

The Denon receiver is excellent and easy to use. It is a upgrade on my old receiver which was not 4k

I bought this as my SSD drive died in my asus rog. Its working but reinstalling everything is not fun

Cheap solid state, works as intended. Not amazing but significantly better than any mechanical drive it is replacing.

This SSD is one of the newer ones that uses the cheaper but slower flash memory, and I have seen quite a bit of fuss about it's lower performance. But the two I have in use haven't shown any performance issues and seem to be just as fast as my other higher end SSDs.

I replaced the hard drive in a new but entry-level laptop. The SSD made a huge difference, yielding a fast laptop at a fraction of the cost of buying a laptop with an SSD already installed. I didn't try to migrate the system--doing a clean install of Windows 10 was easy and got rid of the bloatware.

As SSD tend to be getting cheaper I bought this to replace the boot drive for a desktop. Definitely improves boot up time and access time for anything loaded on the drive. Just don't expect it to add new life to a 15 year old laptop. Especially considering not all BIOS support solid state drives.

This SSD hard drive has truly injected new life into my mother's old laptop. Now, she no longer calls me to ask why her machine is so slow, but now she just calls when her Facebook games have rapidly filled her ultra fast computer with malware, faster than EVER BEFORE!!!

For the cost the speed of this devices is wonderful. The lack of a audible hum is nice as well. I did not use the Tray/Bay adapter but instead used Stick back Velcro, a solution I have used before as well.

I bought this to upgrade a client's laptop. The machine is around 8 years old and was updated to Windows 10. I duplicated the old drive onto this SSD and the computer feels brand new again. My client was very happy and I would recommend this for anyone looking for a speed boost.
