    I used this one to replace the hard drive in my HP laptop. It is fast and could reduce the boot time to around 10 seconds. Good product with good price.

    Using this to backup some work files took less time than expected. Didn't read anything about it so not sure of it's backward compatible with 2.0.

    Have purchased several. USB3.0 is noticeably faster. I use them to keep things separate according to task. They are now larger than some hard drives.
