The perfect size at a fair price, this holds more than enough data for its intended use.

Love these things for moving gigabytes of photos from one computer to another or into drawers for long-term storage. USB 3.0 sure lets you finish the task fast. SanDisk Flash drives are trouble-free and the under $15 price tag helps too.

It amazes me how much storage they can fit on such a small device. Easy to use, and even easy to reformate to fit the larger files on it that I needed to.

128GB is a luxurious amount of space for a thumb drive (I paid $10 for my first thumb drive with a whopping 16MB capacity, enough to carry a whole stack of floppies, attached to my keychain, if you can imagine that feeling). The form factor is small for this sort of slider and construction, while very light plastic, seems as if it will hold up to long term, if gentle, use. Performance seems good. On a system with only USB 2.0 ports, it seems to perform at about double the rate of my other thumb drives for large transfers, or about a third of the speeds I've seen transferring from an internal SSD to an external spinning disk 3.5" drive attached by eSATA. I'm guessing performance only goes up across an actual USB 3.0 bus.
Typical, solid SanDisk hardware.

Bought this on sale for $30 and for that price the stick is well worth it. 128GB storage is awesome and read wrote speeds were good.
The plastic house seems a little bit on the cheap side but that's maybe because all my other USB sticks are titanium metal.
Other than that no complaints.

The ScanDisk Ultra 128GB Flash Drive enables you to save documents, photos, etc. quickly and safely. It's simple to use, and can be moved from desktop to laptop in a snap. Your documents are a click away with no risk of loss due to a tech malfunction.
There is lots of room on this Flash Drive. It's relatively inexpensive, so when the drive reaches its capacity, purchase another. Best Buy keeps them in stock, and they run sales regularly.

If you are patient, you may also find this item for $90 off regular retail cost!
I was concerned about large-capacity drives overheating, when writing to them. However, I agree the the Geek Squad tech, that metal-bodied drives may conduct greater heat than plastic.
I used this item in a USB 3.0 slot to copy a couple dozen HD movies, and leave the drive in my TV. It copied fast, with none of the slowing, or overheating reported from some users (some, in different product, admittedly).
So far, so good!
